  • For Meta and Google Ads services, the client acknowledges that advertising spend is paid directly to the respective platform (Meta/Google). While Aus Digi Solutions strives for the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific conversion rates or ROI, as these are subject to market variables and platform algorithm changes.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of your project, you agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals.

  • Supply necessary brand assets, images, and text.

  • Ensure that all materials provided to us do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aus Digi Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of the use of our services or technical interruptions beyond our control.
